Julie VanderBaaren, who is unbelievable at everything she does, and even sometimes under appreciated and unnoticed for what she can do. What I am talking about is beautifully illustrated in this article from Mike Holmes. Women are just as tough as men when it comes down to it and don’t ever under estimate there power to be a part of what it takes to do the job. I witness this everyday with my wife Julie, she not only gets our three kids out the door every morning but has the energy to come help me with our tile business. She can mix up cement and carry 50lbs bag of material like anybody else and do it with a big smile on her face the whole time.
